Up There Cazaly! has been reborn as an online publication only. Printing costs for a small run were prohibitive and it was not really contributing anything significant to the 12th Man Fund, however, I felt that it still had a purpose to reflect the history of the club.
The great thing about putting Cazaly online is that as more material is collected, pages can be added to the relevant issue. In the first instance, Cazaly will appear here on the main site while Calameo will be used as an archive.
This time I have decided to start at the beginning and work my way through the years rather than randomly picking a season, for the early years using the late Brian Cheal’s copy that was seemingly meant for publication as a book. I hope that publishing in this manner goes some way towards honouring his wish.
Stats, as ever, have been supplied by Dan Couldridge.
Should anybody who does not have access to the internet require a printed copy, I am happy to run off a single-sided copy from a home printer free of charge.
I hope those of you who enjoy the historical aspect of the club enjoy the issue.
As an aside, I did hear recently of somebody that was about to throw out a box of old Tonbridge programmes whilst having a clear-out prior to moving. Please don’t, as I will gladly find a home for them.
