Comfortable win for U13s
Hat trick for George Walker
The under 13s cruised to a 5 – 0 win against Foresters. Angels dominated possession through-out but struggled to put the ball in the net coupled with some fine saves from the opposition goal keeper.
George Walker opened the scoring after a fine left footed pass from Joe Tyrie and Walker opening up to side foot home with his left foot. Walker adding a second shortly after and then Tyrie adding a third heading home from a Kian Austin Corner.
Half time and the Angels 3-0 up a number of changes were made Toby Kent getting a run in midfield and partnering Alex Raffelt both looked very comfortable. Toby Lansdowne adding a fourth with a fine finish into the corner and George Walker coming back on to complete a hat-trick all with his weaker foot following some good work from Nat Gibbs.
Angels looked comfortable through-out, the opposition with several key players missing and Angels could probably have done with a tougher game ahead of next week’s semi-final Kent Cup game. Angels also loosing Dan Wates to a torn groin late on was the only downside.
