New addition boosts Under-14s

After a Cup exit, a new signing has boosted the squad.
The Angels Under-14 side paid, not for the first time this season, from a slow start and despite a much improved second half performance they bowed out of the Kent Youth League Cup at the hands of Faversham Town who were 3-1 winners. The Angels’ second half goal was scored by Rockie Burke.
The squad has been boosted though with the signing of Harry Sargent from Crowborough.
Harry became dissatisfied with his playing position at Crowborough in recent weeks and has decided to return to the Angels after previously playing with the club at a younger age before having a stint at Arsenal FC. He subsequently joined the the Crows to work with former Angel Henry Muggeridge.
Harry joins us as a technically outstanding central midfield player who can both defend and attack. He has a great engine, a tenacious attitude and willing to learn.
This will be a fantastic addition to our squad, adding depth and quality. After struggling for numbers recently, a fresh face with something to prove.
Harry joins us in training this week, with the hope of the Kent Youth League forms being pushed through for Sunday’s match when Sheppey United are the visitors to Mascalls.
