Sammy Knott (23) has joined the Angels on a dual registration arrangement with National South club Concord Rangers.
The defender made his Angels debut in the 1-1 draw away to Kingstonian (7th November) where he deputised at left back for the injured Jack Parter.
Sammy was part of the successful East Thurrock United squad that gained promotion to National South in 2016 but had since been out of the game for around one and a half seasons with injury. Made his comeback for the Rocks in February of this year and subsequently joined Concord Rangers in September.
Said Angels Assistant Manager Barry Moore : "Sammy is a proven defender at this level and will provide experienced cover for us, since at this stage we don't exactly know how long Parts (Jack Parter) will be out for."
